My Real Estate Career

I began my Real Estate career in 2000 in Los Angeles as a Buyers Agent for one of the most successful mega teams in the Los Angeles area and nationwide for Keller Williams Realty. During a 3-year period, I sold over one hundred homes, with an average of 2-3 sales per month. I achieved the "Senior Buyer Specialist" position, training the other Buyers Agents on the team and overseeing their transactions. In 2003, I moved on as an independent agent, listing and selling properties. After rising to the top 20% in production in the Marina/LA office, I was asked to serve on the Agent Leadership Council, the decision making body for that office. I mentored new agents and became one of the top trainers for the company in their new agent training program. During the following 3 years, I aligned myself with 5 local builders and experienced the process of new construction, selling builders the land, making suggestions on design, and listing the new projects when complete. These properties sold in the $2 million dollar range.

My Missoula experience

I moved to Missoula in October, 2006 and live in the Blue Mountain area. I joined Windermere Real Estate in May, 2007, and since that time have been listing and selling property all over the Missoula and outlying areas. In the last 10 years I've built a vibrant business, helping Buyers at all stages of life realize their dream of home ownership as well as helping Sellers accomplish the goal of maximizing the amount they can receive for their property while having the most stress-free experience possible. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, Missoula Organization of Realtors, National Association of Home Builders and the Missoula Building Industry Association.

I pride myself in my hands-on approach, helping inexperienced and experienced Buyers and Sellers alike, through an often daunting process, and building lifelong relationships with my clients along the way. I pride myself on my professionalism and level of organization. I'm proud to have achieved many successful relationships with co-workers and other agents in the community.
